I needed to delete the pixel art entirly to get rid of the stupid preview -_-0
Pixel Art origionally inspired by ~forgottenlosses Pokemon PixelArt. She can also be found at ~LittlePonyAddict I'm STILL in love with these black backgrounds. I think they give it a smart, mysterious look. Oh how I love it  Time Around 7 or 8 hours Materials MS Paint and a mouse Based off the Dragonair Pokemon card so lets say: Dragonair (c) to Nintendo, Gamefreak, Creatures (what ever that is) and of course 4kids (that's it right?) Sorry for deleting and re-uploading it. Just getting rid of the preview that wouldn't go away. Comments

 Dragonair is one of my favorites as well. I'll be submitting a large Vaporeon in a few as well  -- Pauline French   ....that's my favorite pokemon of ALL TIME!!!!  you did an AMAZING job on it!!!!  -- can't spell leet without LEE  lol I think all of DA loves Dragonair.
