This is absolutely adorable! Your blinking DEFINITELY improved with this piece.

What I would like to mention is your color choice. I know it's quite difficult when you're working with a pre-existing character, but I've noticed that sometimes your characters blend with the background, or other parts of them. You're doing a good job in fixing this, but I'd like to suggest making the lightest shade on the dress another step up. It might make the dress pop more, rather than blending at first sight. With the dress, I'd also like to mention that he puffs on the sleeve look like they're working into her face. It might be a good idea to round out that area a bit more.

With the face, everything looks great, although I suggest blending the blush in her cheeks, or moving the blush on her (our) left cheek over to the left a bit. It pops more than the other one, and seems a little distracting.

LOVE the thin white glow around her, and the stars. I haven't looked at the reference, so I'm not entirely sure if that's a moon or a flower, but it looks more like the moon in the sky, so I'm going to say I love your moon as well
